The purpose of this research is for analyzing the
influence of leadership and organization culture as well as the satisfaction of teachers performance in
private senior high school Pekanbaru. This research uses methodology survey by
using correlation technique, it use for correlate three variables, they are
Leadership free variable ( X1 ) and Organization Culture ( X2 ), Satisfaction
Performance ( Y ). Research population for all teachers in private school
Pekanbaru. The sample took from Nomogram Herry King, by using simple random
sampling, 162 questioners. The Satisfaction performance concept is attitude
statement or happiness with the occupation. The Leadership concept is the
person way to stimulate someone to do his/her responsibility. The culture
concept organization is norm or value which can be believed in organization
society. Collecting technique for the data conducted by questioner deployment.
The analyze of this research by explanation and analyzing the result of
research about variable influence of Leadership and organization culture to the
satisfaction of teachers performance in private senior high school Pekanbaru.
To get the summary is by using deductive methodology. And the result of this
research is there is positive influence between The Leadership and Organization
Culture in addition to Satisfaction of Teachers performance in Private School
Pekanbaru. Satisfaction of performance influenced by leadership variable and
organization culture in addition to 59.50%, and 40,50 % influenced by another
factor. The variable that is more dominant to the satisfaction performance is
Leadership, which the leadership determinate coefficient is higher than
organization culture determinate coefficient.
